Automated Guided Vehicles are unmanned, remote-controlled transporters fitted with either a diesel-hydraulic drive (H-AGV design) or with a diesel-electric drive
(E-AGV design). These Automated Guided Vehicles can carry 20', 40' and even 45' containers and operate under computer control using Gottwald's own management and navigation software. This software can be integrated with ease into higher-ranking terminal management software.
