Maintenance Agreements

Our philosophy is that a well-managed, proactive maintenance program provides the best service to you at a manageable cost. Proactive maintenance means monitoring your port handling equipment for wear and tear and responding to potential risks before you experience actual downtimes or a deterioration of performance levels. Monthly fees make professional regular maintenance a manageable investment into the lasting value of your equipment.

A Gottwald Maintenance Program can include, e.g.

• Routine Maintenance in four scheduled visits per year, i.e. in three quarterly inspections and one annual inspection
• Provisioning and exchange of Maintenance Parts, Wear& Tear Parts and Consumables
• Live telephone customer service support on business days from 7:00 to 18:00 hours CET
• Emergency hotline outside office hours
• Installation and support of Teleservice software to allow your staff 24-hour remote monitoring of your machines from a central office at your facilities
• On demand visits on your request by our specialists on a time and material basis
