Service Agreements Made to Measure
To assist you in looking after your machines, Gottwald offers a variety of service agreements which can cover all aspects of service life optimisation. You can select different levels of partnership, depending on your particular requirements and the local infrastructure we have in place.

With any of our service agreements, your machine’s effective service life can be significantly extended and maintenance costs kept under control. In addition to parts supply, upgrade and modernisation agreements, we can bring many older machines up to today's technical standards and include everything from an initial pre-study to full modernisation.

A comprehensive set of standardised service packages has been designed for the different service life phases of our equipment. All of them offer both financial and operational benefits:

• Service Parts Agreements to ensure the supply of parts and materials at the designated location at the agreed time. We offer a variety of wear & tear parts packages from 500 to 5,000 operating hours as well as customised solutions.
• Maintenance Agreements to provide services for the maintenance of your equipment at agreed intervals
• Professional Crane Inspections (PCI) to help you make the right decisions concerning possible upgrades, refurbishments or reselling activities.
• Relocation Services to help you change the location of your equipment, e.g. from one port to another, including dismounting, transport, remounting and re-commissioning if required.
